Z640 is an exclusive ultra high resolution printing system which can simultaneously drive up to two printheads for the perfect secondary packaging customization for porous and non-porous surfaces for the same or different production lines.

There are three kinds of printheads: T768 printhead which can print up to 102mm high (4”), T384 and T384 FDI (Fast Drying Ink) printheads which can print up to 51mm high (2”).

Z640 system can print real time high quality alphanumerical texts, logos and other graphics, in addition to major barcodes and standard variable data with high contrast and rapid dry patented inks.

Z640 has a programming software with dotNet framework and a 12,1” SVGA full colour touch-screen panel for an easy message creation and management.
