Z640 is an ultra high resolution printing system which can drive simultaneously up to two printheads in order to customize secondary packaging for the same or different production lines. It is suitable for several applications where the products substrates are absorbent-porous such as cardboard cartons, wooden products, outer case coding, paper bags, cloth and so on.

There are two kinds of printheads: T768 printhead which can print up to 102 mm high (4”), from 1 to 32 lines text and T384 printhead which can print up to 51 mm high (2”), from 1 to 16 lines text.

This innovative printer features an unrivaled 12,1” touch screen panel with SVGA TFT-LCD 800x600 colour display. Z640 system can print real-time high quality logos and other graphics on secondary packaging, in addition to major barcodes and standard variable data (including day/date, batch, etc..) with high contrast patented inks (solvent free).

This new controller is equipped with an enhanced Graphic Interface Software and an advanced hydraulic system wihich doesn’t need factory air.
