Zanasi Industrial Small Character printing systems are continuous inkjet coders that print text from 1 mm ( 0.032") to 20 mm (0.55") in height.

Small character systems are capable of printing production information including descriptive texts, production dates, expire/sell-by dates, batches, barcodes and logos at medium to high speeds. Printed surfaces include a wide variety of products and packaging materials (primary packaging) on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates.

Zanasi Industrial Large Character printing systems are DOD (Drop On Demand) coders that print text from 5 mm ( 0.20") to 60 mm (2.36") in height.

Zanasi LCP Systems are suitable for medium/high line speeds, with the possibility of marking any material in medium and low definition: DOT MATRIX.  Printing surfaces include both porous and nonporous substrates like Cardboard, Paper, Wood, PE, PVC, Metal, Tubing, Cables, Bags and much more.

ModulPRINT is a Large Character (NZ) Print Head for the codification of secondary packaging (such as cartons, sacking, bricks, wooden cases, drums, plastic film, carton blanks etc..)

This System can use the High Resolution (HR) Print Head along with the (NZ) Print Head. However the (HR) Print Head provides a higher contrast print appicable to barcodes, logos, expiriation dates, batches, and more. The systems to resolution is 300dpi (HR).

ModulPRINT is the smart choice for all applications with multiple production lines which have to be controlled from one console and when a number of lines have to be printed on various sides of a package (the setting of messages and printing parameters can be managed independently for each printing head, PC to Console Serial Communication for Main Data storage of customized software, we offer the GIS 4 software as a standard Windows Interface.)
